The Halen family, AKA Johnny's family.

In my last post I said that I'll post some pictures of Johnny's family and I'll do that in this post.
The Halen household is actually a second generation family, meaning the married couple in this family have relatives in the neighborhood and they show up in the family tree as well. I love this household, it's definitely one of my favorites in my wide custom neighborhood.

This branch of the Halens lives in a luxurious apartment filled with all sorts entertainment and comfort, and most  importantly the love of  family. Father Alfred Halen and mother Akane Halen (formerly Matsunaga) are both hard working adults that have reached the top of their careers. Alfred is a minister of education while Akane is the head chief of staff at a nearby hospital. They have two beautiful children: John (teen) and Shion (toddler) and one baby on the way. So far the kids resemble their father in terms of hair, skintone, and eye color. Shion's nose is narrower than his older brother's, so I doubt this is a case of the "Firstborn syndrome". Hopefully the new addition to the family will look more distinguished (in a good way).

Me : You all look so happy today, what is it with the bathing suits ? I'm talking to you, Alfred.
Alfred : It's hard to keep normal clothes on when you have a hot tub lying around. *wink*
Me : uh-uh, enough of that. Nice baby bump Akane!
Akane : Well, thank you. Babies are a lot of fun

I wanted to take a whole family photo with Shion in it, but he wouldn't stay still. *sigh*

Johnny.. Again ! As a teen :D

Sorry I haven't posted for over a week, I've been kind of busy.

Anyways I'm here to share Johnny again, now as a teen with his father in comparison with his toddler stage .

The resemblance is pretty obvious here, Johnny has his father's eyes, skintone, and hair color, I think it's pretty cool.

Johnny, now as a teen, still carries the resemblance, somehow he looks chubbier than daddy, oh those cheeks, I still wanna pinch them. I think he resembles his maternal grandfather in that picture, must be the nose wideness. Oh well, still cool, I love blue eyes, so the fact that Alfred's genes (Johnny's dad) are dominant makes me happy about the way this lil' totsy turned out.

I'll be sure to post more photos of this family for the sake of details.

Toddler of the week : Jhonny

Hello everyone !

Don't you just love the toddlers in The Sims 2? They're cute, lovable, and more importantly : Adorable !

Today I'll be sharing one of my born-in game-sims, his name is John, he was born to two CAS sims in my game, and you can say he's partially asian (doesn't look much like it though x'D)

Look at that pose ! I got a tiny model here  (no posebox used)

 Bunny slippers (for all ages, site linked below)

I think this outfit and hair really suits him, combined together, they make him look like a mini-mad hatter from wonderland, I like that theme.

If you wanna dress your tots like that check  dedital sheep they have lots of cool stuff for tots, I got the hat and the punk outfit from there along with the bunny slippers! 

The site is in Japanese but it was never an issue for me even though I don't speak Japanese, it's easy to find what you're looking for since it's categorized (for toddlers, adults, children, and teens) and it's pretty neat. 

The hair is from cool Sims, I think it suits my totsy here :)

Greetings and Introduction

Hello :) Myra here, 

I've always wanted to start a Sims 2 blog so I can share some of my Sims for other players to download and enjoy along with other things. 

With The Sims 4 coming out soon, which is the latest version of The Sims series, I doubt anyone will be running into this Sims 2 blog any time soon, but if you do, please let me know you're there, I appreciate it ! 

I'll be sharing many things about my sims, because (like so many sim players) I think they're cool and I'd like to be able to tell some of their stories and share them with the world for fun. 

I'll mainly post many pictures of sims, I'll share facts I've learned during gameplay and recommend custom content, such as hair and defualt replacements. If you like any of the Bodyshop sims posted in this blog in the future, don't hesitate to ask for them, I'll provide downloads for them so you can have them in your game too :) 

Hopefully I'll get a hang of this whole "Blogging" thing, since it's my first blog.
