My TERMS OF USE are very simple  : 


- You are free to use any content downloaded from here, feel free to re-tweak the sims to your liking, However, DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOURS and be RESPECTFUL for the other creators who contributed in the making of the sim (Skintone, eyes, Hair, makeup, etc..) feel free to share my work as long as you LINK back to this blog. 

I admit that I'm not that good with acknowledgements, but I'll do my best to get the names of the creators of the C.C. :D
